April Showers bring May flowers

Wow! what a winter in Squamish and Whistler and everywhere else in BC. The snow has finally disappeared from the trails, okay maybe there are some patches, definitely up at Red Heather Meadows, there will be snow there until July! You can still hike into Elfin lake with snowshoes (which we still rent) or your touring gear (next season we will have splitboards) and on a clear day the sights will rock your socks off! I decided to bring in some camping gear at Flying Spirit Rentals, car camping and backpacking kits which can also be used for bike touring. My vision is someone will want to check out that view from Elfin Lake and once you are up there why not stay the night and I have the gear to help you with your adventure. I also had a vision of people coming up to ride for the day and wanting the outdoor experience to continue into the evening and why not rent camping gear for the night, drive to one of 4 camping areas in the Squamish area and enjoy the night sky it will rock your socks off too! I was busy this March, too busy to plant my bulbs for the May flowers but I am thinking it is probably not too late to plant them, spring has just arrived, a little late this year but it is finally here. Happy Spring adventure seeking friends!
